Botball

Botball is a robotics competition held by the KISS Institute for Practical Robotics. Every year several regional tournaments and one GCER (Global Conference on Educational Robotics) are held.

Thanks to robo4you, my schools robotics iniative, my team (items) and I were able to compete in Botball for 4 years (10th-13th) grade. We attended 4 ECERs (European Conference on Educational Robotics) held in Austria and Bulgaria and 3 GCERs held in Oklahoma, Florida and Albuquerque.
We were able to win the Overall Title at ECER 2016, GCER 2016 and GCER 2017 as well as other awards for our publications, robot designs and software innovations.

Not only did Botball give me the chance to travel to places I would have probably never traveled to but I also met lots of very amazing and inspiring people whom I have been friends with since!
